Biography

Vijay Pereira is Full Professor of International and Strategic Human Capital Management at NEOMA Business School in Reims, France.

He holds a PhD in international HRM from the University of Portsmouth. He was previously Associate Professor of Strategic and International HRM at Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi and Associate Dean of Research at the University of Wollongong in Dubai.

He is Editor-in-Chief of International Studies of Management and Organization and Global Real Impact Editor of the Journal of Knowledge Management. His research covers human capital, international business, strategic HRM, corporate social responsibility and corporate governance. He ranks in the top one per cent of publishing scholars in business and management worldwide for 2019–2024.
