Biography

Simon Fietze is based in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Relationship Management at the University of Southern Denmark in Sønderborg.

His research covers management, entrepreneurship and organisational development, including work on the entrepreneurial intentions and behaviour of Danish university students using the theory of planned behaviour, and on small-scale entrepreneurship in rural areas.

Alongside his academic work he has practised as an HR consultant, specialising in work-design analysis, team-development workshops and employee surveys.
