Meng Qingyue

Meng Qingyue is a postgraduate researcher whose work centres on administrative decentralisation and income distribution.

She examines how inter-government institutional designs and local institutional innovation influence regional fiscal behaviours, factor income allocation and income inequality. The work sits within ICOIS’s agenda on public governance and redistributive policies.
