Biography
Fabian Jintae Froese holds the Chair of Human Resource Management and Asian Business at the University of Göttingen, Germany.
His research covers the future of work, international human resource management, cross-cultural management and Asian business. He has published in the Journal of International Business Studies, the Journal of Management Studies, the Journal of Applied Psychology and Human Resource Management, and has won best-paper prizes from the Academy of Management, the Academy of International Business and the European Academy of Management.
He has held visiting and joint appointments at Yonsei University in South Korea, Keio University in Japan and the University of Leeds in the UK. The International Journal of Human Resource Management ranked him the seventh most prolific researcher worldwide on expatriation.
