Daniele Archibugi

Daniele Archibugi is Professor of Innovation, Governance and Public Policy at Birkbeck, University of London, and Research Director at the Italian National Research Council (CNR-IRPPS) in Rome.

He works on the economics and policy of innovation and technological change, on the political theory of international relations, and on political and technological globalisation. He advises the European Union, the OECD, several UN agencies and national governments.

He has taught at the University of Sussex — where he was appointed Honorary Professor in 2006 — as well as at Cambridge, the London School of Economics and Harvard.
